Ofelia Zambrano is a certified health and life coach and a Clarity Catalyst certified trainer for adults, teens, and kids. She's also a health and wellness consultant for the wellness brand Isagenix.
Her background is in business. Ofelia holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidad Centroamericana (UCA) in Nicaragua and has spent more than 25 years in sales and marketing, including founding and running Presto Marketing, a South Florida-based marketing agency she started in 2014. She's also held an active Florida real estate license since 2015.
She's passionate about health, wellness, and personal development, and that passion shaped her vision to help others live healthier lives, in the best way possible for them.
Ofelia has facilitated health, money, and spiritual coaching sessions with clients who've walked away genuinely happy with their results. She's also a trainer for the Clarity Catalyst, an 8-week course based on a Stanford University master's class in mindfulness and emotional intelligence, which she teaches to kids, teens, and adults in small groups or one-on-one.
Outside of coaching, she loves HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) and Pilates, which she practices regularly. She lives in Davie, Florida, surrounded by nature. She also loves reading, listening to music, playing guitar, and staying positive and at peace so she can inspire that in others.
